Located on Cam mountain in Trang Son commune, Do Luong district, located in the southwest, grave relics and Phan Sy Tuan temple belong to a favorable position. Standing at the monument, visitors can zoom into the eye to observe a rich village, with both poetic and majestic scenery. It is good enough for the resting place for thousands of monks from Nghe An.

The temple worships Mr. Phan Sy Tuan at Cam mountain, Trang Son commune, Do Luong district.
According to the genealogy of Phan Sy family, Mr. Phan Sy Tuan is also known as Phan Nguyen Tuan, born around the 50s and 60s of the 18th century. He is the 5th generation of the Phan Sy family in Trang Son commune, being a child. the second son of Mr. Phan Sy Oanh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kieu.
Born in a poor family, from a young age, Phan Sy Tuan was well-educated by his parents, ready to have a bright, intelligent, and eager to learn so he did not remember that, the literature answered more than people. .
In the Year of the Rabbit (1783), the year of Canh Hung 44, Phan Sy Tuan scarf wrapped up on the way to Huong exam and won Nguyen Huong Cong. He was recruited to become the bishop of Quoc Tu Giam School in Thang Long. After that, he was again appointed as an instructor in the palace.
During his time as an Instructor, he revealed that he was a scholar with profound, exemplary knowledge, his student was mainly a King and a descendant of God. Phan Sỹ Tuấn has always been admired by his students, and he admired his work. In the year of At Ty (1785), the 46th year of Canh Hung 46, Phan Sy Tuan was conferred the title of Superior by the court.
At the end of the Canh Hung period, the feudal government of Tonkin and Dang Trong were rotten, irreparable, peasant revolts broke out in many places. Typically, the uprising of 3 Tay Son brothers in Dang Trong overthrew the Nguyen lords. At the beginning of 1786, Nguyen Hue dragged his army to the North to raise the banner of “Phu Le to kill Trinh”, overthrowing Trinh and deign Le Chieu Thong. However, after Nguyen Hue withdrew to Nam, the party surpluses of Trinh Lord resurfaced. At the same time, taking advantage of the weakening of the court, many robbery wards emerged everywhere. In the context of that confusion, Mr. Phan Sy Tuan asked the court to return to his hometown to open a school for teaching.
On October 15, the Year of the Horse (1786), the 47th year of Canh Hung, on his way back to his hometown, he was killed by the leader of the Thien Ly ward. Or believe he was murdered, the people in the area deeply mourned for his funeral and burial of his corpse in the land of Mo Hung. After Phan Sy Tuan died, the court granted fire-land and handed it to the village to worship.
The life and career still unfinished, although Mr. Phan Sy Tuan’s dedication to the country was only for a short time, but also left respect for the students, friends and people. He lived very simple, filial, important love, always took the word “Mind” placed on top.
Inspiring a talented, gentle, virtuous person, Trang Thinh village people, Trang Son commune, Do Luong district honored him to make a scene of Thanh Hoang, the people of the surrounding areas often went to the temple to worship. His body was buried right after the temple. In 2018, the tomb and temple of Phan Sy Tuan are recognized as provincial cultural and historical relics.
